    PROCESSING AND DELIVERING

    All items are handmade by artisans in Brooklyn, NYC. We carry a very small stock, therefore most pieces are made-to-order. 

    Please allow 4 to 6 business days for processing and 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipping. However, we will always do our best to ship your order in the shortest amount of time possible.

    We ship worldwide and shipping times may vary for each country. For international orders, please allow 2 to 8 business days for shipping. Julietta won't be able to ensure exact delivery times once parcels have reached their international post offices. 

    All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

    Once a package has been tracked as delivered, the responsibility falls on the buyer.
