HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JULIETTA JEWELRY?

Please keep in mind that these pieces are handmade, therefore they need a little extra care.

Keep Your Jewelry Looking Its Best with These Simple Tips:

  • Avoid exposure to water, personal care, and beauty products.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or showering. Contact with liquids may affect their durability, please avoid contact with salt water, sanitizers, and aggressive knocks.
  • Please keep pieces in the pouch when traveling.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth—avoid conventional fine jewelry cleaners.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the handmade nature of our merchandise, Julietta does not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanges may be made within 7 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by mail to the address on the return shipping label.Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for an exchange:

The item(s) must be returned new, unused, and with all tags. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

When sending an item for exchange, please include the packing note received with your order. As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check. Once the exchange has been approved the buyer will be notified.

You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to process an exchange.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK IT?

Although we carry a small stock, most items are made-to-order. In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days, while made-to-order items typically ship within 3-5 business days.
