RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Julietta, many of our pieces are made-to-order, which means we are unable to offer returns on these items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@shopjulietta.com.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags and return sticker intact. If the sticker has been removed, the item is not eligible for return.
- Once received and approved, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the item. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please email us at hello@shopjulietta.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that show visible signs of wear, including:
- Chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or gemstones
- Bent, twisted, snapped, oxidized, or faded-plating pieces
- General wear and tear
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping & Processing
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Julietta is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once the return has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility.
- When sending an item for exchange, please include the original packing note from your order.
- Once received, returns will undergo a quality control check before approval.
- Exchanges take up to 10 business days to process.
You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed or your store credit has been issued.
